Its @cobrakaiseries time!💪🏻👊🏻🔥 I studied karate for many years. Practiced it at class 3 hours every Wednesday and Sunday. 💦 It taught me not about fighting- but about focus and discipline. 🦾 In between shooting TV shows, emceeing, launching an album and working my butt off basicly- this kept me out of trouble. Kept me grounded. Today- i STILL use many of the karate exercises and moves in yoga, weight training and pilates. 🥰 . Insyallah when @tunkusofianajihah is older we will enroll her in Martial Arts classes. My party scene nowadays. Heading to the gym. Celebrating health and fitness!❤️ How does mummy look? What matters more is how mummy feels🥰💪🏻 This mummy is 14 months post partum now..😍 I have worked out every single day since i was pregnant and after pantang.. combining cardio and weight training. What i have lost is Fat rather than weight. And thats what matters most. 😁 . Do i diet: No, I eat rice, bread everything but in small portions. But Less carbo at night je.🍞🥯🥐 Do i eat dessert: Always but small spoonfuls.🍮🧁🍰 Do i spend hours in the gym: No..i spent a max of 1 hour. Its too boring. Some days 20 mins of intense workouts cukup. 💪🏻💦💧🔥 Workout in between work. Infront if TV. When Sofia is napping. At night! 🔥 . Lately.. i have witnessed people close to me fall ill, some have even lost loved ones suddenly..you know..many due to poor diet and no exercise...Remember...Without our health- nothing else matters. . Mental, physical emotional and spiritual health: ALL equally important. All affect the other.
